Ariel "Conan" - vocals Eran Segal - guitar Ilan Hochman - drums

The seeds of Herzog were planted when Ariel and Eran were brought by a mutual associate to play in a mediocre metal band called "Manipulated Death", the two immediately learned of a common interest in heavier and more experimental genres of music, and realized they couldn't create such music within the confines of Manipulated Death, so they decided to quit the band and form one of their own.

The only problem was they couldn't find a drummer capable of executing their material.

After months of searching and dozens of drummers, they finnaly approached Ilan, Decayed Soul's drummer, that shared the same desire for unrelenting forms of expression. After jamming once it was obvious Ilan was the man they were searching for.

Driven by hate for modern pop culture and its byproducts, human behavioral patterns (and basically just about everything else) Herzog aim for creating Brutal Death/Grind as heavy and as uniquely as possible.
