KATAKLYSM has issued the following update:

"Well we have arrived in Frankfurt, Germany yesterday for our European tour and checked in at our hotel. We met up with the guys in DEATH ANGEL at the bar in the lobby and hit it off quick with the guys. We have a common love of the glam rock and heavy metal so I think this will be a very cool tour indeed for the next few weeks with some cool parties.

KEEP OF KALESSIN are good friends of ours and it’s always a blast touring with them. We are currently on our way to Hellfest and then Spain and Portugal. We’ve never played any of the Open Airs we will do on this run and we are looking forward to it.

I'm going to be giving some updates once a week and upload some pictures of this tour. People should come out because we won't be returning for Prevail in these specific cities, we have few planned events for Kataklysm going into next year but after that there won't be any tours until the next album and that won't be before 2011.

We will be promoting the EX DEO album, Romulus, for the rest of 2009 and parts of 2010, speaking of which, Romulus just dropped in Europe yesterday (June 19th) and any fan of real metal or epic death metal should get their hands on it. It’s a unique album with a unique feel, its untrendy and a powerful journey. I promised to turn heads with this and that's exactly what I'm doing... In the wise words of Caesar '...the sky is the limit'."
